We implement the screens provided by the designer, check their simple usability and accessibility, give instructions to the designer for corrections, and then consider how to realize the UI.

You may also be involved from the requirements definition phase, identifying issues with the current site/system and being involved in UI design and prototyping. During this time, you will be involved in the entire project, acting as a bridge between the design and development sides and acting as a liaison between the front-end and back-end.

Must have

• Practical experience in coding using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Skills in implementing UI and components for websites using CMS
  Interaction design skills
• Screen design, simple information design, (WF in XD, mockup/prototype creation)
• Japanese: N1

Nice to have

• Over 1 year of work experience as a designer
• Wide range of development experience regardless of environment
• Logical design skills based on the user's perspective
• Systematic knowledge of HCD (human-centered design) and design thinking
• UI design skills for services and products such as apps
• Understanding of material design/atomic design
• Over 3 years of implementation experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript

Working time

• Regular working hours: 7 hours/day
• In principle, after 10 p.m., no business on weekends
