- Design, develop, and maintain native mobile applications for the loyalty platform.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA Engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities based on business requirements.
- Integrate mobile applications with Node.js backend services, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered features.
- Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement during the Operation & Support phase.
- Ensure code quality by following development best practices and coding standards.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Native Mobile Development.
- Strong experience developing native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs with backend services.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture and software design principles.
- Experience working with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in an international development team.
Language Requirements
- English is mandatory, as it is the primary language used throughout the project.
- Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 or above (N2 preferred) is required.
- Open to Vietnamese, Japanese, and other foreign nationals who meet the required qualifications.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience collaborating with Node.js backend developers.
- Knowledge of AI-related services or AI feature integration.
- Experience working on loyalty systems, payment systems, retail, or IoT-related projects.
- Experience working with Japanese clients or multinational teams.

- Thử việc 2 tháng, sau đó ký 1 năm 1
Ứng viên ký hợp đồng với RECO và làm việc dưới sự quản lý trực tiếp với các khách hàng của RECO
- Offer theo budget 12 tháng lương/năm (Tháng lương thứ 13 và các khoản bonus đã được bao gồm trong lương hàng tháng).
- Thử việc 100% lương
